MOUsigning: Mr. Jim Lam, Chairman of Shengdi Group and Mr. Dawid Ptak, Presidentof PTAK S.A.

On January 23^rd, 2014, Chairmanof Shengdi Group Mr. Jim Lam and President of Poland PTAK S.A. Mr. Dawid Ptaksigned an MOU of cooperation between the two enterprises. This agreement is considereda first step towards establishing a platform of cooperation between Poland andChinese leather manufacturers and other entrepreneurs. PTAK S.A., as a company operatingin central Poland – one of the strongest European economies located in centralEurope, will open a window for Chinese enterprises to access not only central,but also north and eastern Europe, giving them an opportunity to promote theirproducts abroad. The agreement mentioned also future plans of introducingPolish and European high quality products into PTAK European City pavilion tobe set up in stage 6^th area of Shengdi Shiling International LeatherCity in Huadu, Guangzhou.
